Payment Policies

• Securing Your Spot: Full payment is due within 3 days of booking to officially hold your time. If payment isn’t received, your spot will be released to the next family on the waitlist.
• Cancellations 2+ Weeks Before Your Session: Full refund.
• Cancellations 1–2 Weeks Before Your Session: If you cancel between 7 and 13 days before your session, you may:
• Gift or transfer your session to a friend or family member, OR
• Reschedule into another available mini session slot (outdoor or studio, depending on availability), OR
• Apply your session fee as a credit toward another session (maternity, newborn, cake smash, family, or a future mini session).
• If none of these options work out, I’ll provide a 50% refund of your session fee
• No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations (Non-Illness): If you do not show up, cancel on the same day, or contact me with less than 7 days’ notice for reasons other than illness, your session will be forfeited in full and cannot be transferred to another date or person.
• Weather Backup: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, you’ll be able to move to another available outdoor slot or switch to a cozy holiday studio mini session.
• If I Have to Cancel: In the rare case I need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
